This application is a powerful application for 4690MF printer. You can a color document such as a image or photo. You can scan a monochrome text and saved the scanned data to clipboard. You can even create/save the document and send it by e-mail to the specified mail.

Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to own this terrible machine. It has never worked properly since upgrading from Windows XP. There was a delay of several months whilst Konica updated there drivers (during which time the machine was "out of order"(!)
We can't get it to scan to Mac, nor toWin 8. And getting it to scan to an old portable still running XP is rarely successful.
I personally have spent several hours on line with Konica's helpline - they couldn't help, nor could the vendor.
This is the worst multifunction we have ever owned and we will NEVER again purchase a Konica Minolta product
